That's all we know is that the current earning period ends 3/31. I don't know if the new program will start 4/1 or 6/1 as usual.

I think it is because they are going to revamp TPC starting in June which will be announced at Conference. With everyone going up and down the leadership ladder possibly starting in April and May, they didn't want all these new Directors and above walking just because of the new career plan and then only to drop back down to Team Leader again in July or August. I haven't heard that but that is what I suspect. I am glad that they have cut out two months because I think I might get TPC in Sales!! Woo-Hoo!
