I have ordered my kit and am really new at all of this. I have picked up so much on this site but i have a big question.

What are the levels (future director, director, etc) and what do you have to do to achieve those levels?

Consultant
Future Director ~ 2 personally signed active recruits
Director ~ 5 personally signed active qualified recruits
Advanced Director ~ 2 1st line Directors
Senior Director ~ 4 1st line Directors
Executive Director ~ 8 1st line Directors
Senior Executive Director ~ 16 1st line Directors
National Executive Director ~ 16 1st line Directors of which at least 4 Advanced, 2 Senior, & 1 Executive Director. Plus you must maintain this leadership structure for 2 years.
