After I promoted on Nov first, I had a goal of signing 1 a month, and have a team of 10 by my birthday (March 2nd) I am a little bit off of signing 1 a month, but #6 just signed her agreement this afternoon. She surprised me, because her kick-off show is not until the 29th, and she had planned to sign on the 17th. It was a pleasant surprise- I frist opened the E-mail from HO, then I got her E-mail that said, I signed up, now what??? She is chomping at the bit. This is my first recruit since promoting, and I really want to do everything right- any suggestions.

Congrats!!

Get her scheduling shows right now! She can do one or more before her kickoff - tell her to call it a pre-kickoff show and the host gets a special gift from PC for doing it (charter gift). I'd also encourage a few catalog shows in December to give her a good start. AND she gets an extra 30 days for her first month (December recruits have 60 days instead of 30!).

That's awesome!!! Congratulations!!!!!:chef:

She can even submit a catalog show (or 2) in time for Christmas shipping! Congratulations Sue!

Hi there! Congratulations on your #6 sign up! That is fantastic news and shows that your hard work and dedication is paying off. Even though you may be a little off your goal of signing 1 consultant a month, remember that progress is progress and every new team member is a step closer to your ultimate goal of having a team of 10 by your birthday.I can understand your excitement and eagerness to support your new recruit. My suggestion would be to reach out to her and schedule a time to chat about her goals and expectations as a consultant. This will not only help you get to know her better, but it will also give you a better understanding of how you can best support her in her journey with Pampered Chef.In addition, make sure to share resources and materials with her that will help her get started on the right foot. This could include training videos, tips for hosting successful shows, and information on upcoming events or promotions. Also, encourage her to attend team meetings or connect with other consultants in your team for additional support and guidance. Most importantly, don't forget to congratulate and celebrate her on taking this step towards her own success with Pampered Chef. Your enthusiasm and support will go a long way in making her feel welcomed and motivated to hit the ground running.Best of luck to you and your team! Keep up the great work.
