I just got back from my child's school. One of the teachers noticed my PC button on my jacket. She mentioned that she would love to see a catalog. :D I told her that I would send one in tomorrow with my child. What else do I send with it ?? Without looking pushy! I have printed the HS & GS for Feb and a outside order form. Do I send something about host bene.?? or just leave it at that ??

HELP ???

Don't feel bad about looking "pushy". This is your business. I think what you have done is just fine. You have given them a catalog and enough information so they might possibly want to book their own show.

One question, did you include a business card or sticker on your catalog with your info such as name, address, website, phone, etc... ?

Next time...When someone asks me for a catalog I always say sure! Then I follow up with a couple questions...Have you ever been to a show before?....Have you ever hosted a show of your own?.....Can I tell you about the amazing special right now for our February hosts?

This way even before they get the catalog I know what they want from my business! Then I know exactly what I need to do!:)

I have my info on the back of my cats & on the fliers. Nothing I send out goes without my info on it.

Thanks for your input.

I have a letter that goes with catalogs. It talks about host benefits and also the business opportunity. Its 'homemade' nothing fancy. :-) I also include the host and guest specials. Good luck.

jbdowd0798- do you mind sharing??

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best practices for sending a Pampered Chef catalog to potential customers?

When sending a Pampered Chef catalog, ensure it is personalized with a handwritten note to make it feel special. Include your contact information and a brief introduction about yourself and your business. Additionally, consider including a small sample or a recipe card to entice the recipient to engage with the catalog.

How should I address the envelope when sending a catalog?

Address the envelope clearly and professionally. Use the recipient's full name and address, and consider using a return address label with your business information. This not only looks professional but also makes it easy for them to reach out to you.

Is it appropriate to include promotional materials with the catalog?

Yes, it is appropriate to include promotional materials such as business cards, flyers for upcoming events, or special offers. Just ensure that these materials are relevant and do not overwhelm the catalog, maintaining a clean and organized presentation.

What is the best way to follow up after sending a catalog?

Follow up within a week of sending the catalog to check if the recipient received it and if they have any questions. This can be done via a phone call, text, or email. Be friendly and open, and offer assistance without being pushy.

Are there any etiquette tips to keep in mind when sending catalogs?

Yes, always be respectful of the recipient's time and preferences. Avoid sending catalogs to individuals who have previously expressed disinterest. Additionally, ensure that your communication is professional and courteous, and be mindful of their privacy by not sharing their information without consent.
