You can either go online and do an adjustment or call 888-our-chef and do an adjustment there. If the product was shipped within 30 days PC will pay the shipping IF they want it back.
 
call 1-888-our-chefcall the help line, it promps you through everything, most likely they'll send her a new one, no questions asked, otherwise if they want the item back they will send her a UPS label & have the UPS man pick it up. You'll need her name & show # - no worries, it is super easy!
