Ok. I have a question about one of the new products, but I'm not sure if it is ok to post yet. Anyone know? I wasn't sure when Wave 3 would be officially over.

I heard there were two new products coming out in place of two others, but they are not shown in the mini catalog. I have customers that love these, and if they are going to be gone for good, I want to let them know. They also weren't mentioned at my Cluster meeting. Actually, the discontinued list has been posted, so I guess I will let you all know I am talking about the serving fork and spoon.

Ok, we can talk about new products.

I was told there would be a new Chef's fork and spoon, but it is not in the new mini catalog. Did anyone see these at confrence?

The SS serving fork and spoon are gone. No replacement.

Ok, so that new product info that I just posted is not correct? Someone else gave me that. I better add something to that thread. Thank you for that info.

OK, nevermindIt was just me being dingy again. I didn't read closely enough. It is called a pasta fork and it is in the catalog. I just assumed it was a redesigned serving fork. My bad.

The pasta fork is part of a new line of tools to be used with the cookware. A step up from the nylon tools we currently have.

It's ok, we all have those days;)

Hello there! As a Pampered Chef consultant, I can assure you that it is absolutely okay to ask questions about new products. In fact, it's encouraged! As for the Wave 3 end date, it typically ends on the last day of the month, but it's always best to check with your upline or the Home Office for official dates. To answer your question, yes, there are two new products that will be replacing the serving fork and spoon. They are the new Stainless Steel Slotted Turner and Serving Tongs. These new products are not yet shown in the mini catalog, but they will be available for purchase soon. I completely understand your concern about informing your customers who love the discontinued products. I suggest reaching out to them and letting them know about the new products that will be replacing the ones they love. That way, they can try out the new products and see if they like them just as much or even more. I hope this helps and happy cooking!
