Just found 3/4th full jar of each in the door of my fridge. I tasted each- they taste fine although I believe th Use and Care says 30 days. I think they've been there since late Oct. Do I pitch them????

I personally think they are fine and haven't ever gotten sick using older than 30 days sauces. I only take fresh ones to a show, though, just to be safe. ;) I treat it like other condiments...if it looks weird or tastes off, then I pitch it.

Thanks Amanda. I agree I would never take them to a show. But if they're still good- my husband and I will eat them. Anyone else???

We've eaten them beyond 30 days too. I take only fresh ones to a show also but we have not found any that were no good even after several months.
