I have an "International Buffet and Bazaar" I'm doing with one of the clubs I belong to. Is there an EASY "international" PC recipe I can bring? I will also have a table set up to display the SS items.

We have a number of Asian and Mexican dishes...

Dim Sum! It's always a hit to make those baked potstickers, and great finger food!

There are tons of Italian (La Cucina theme shows), Mexican, Asian, etc. recipies all over our cookbooks. Go to consultants corner and do a recipe search for the one that suits you.

UPDATE: Well, I ran out of time as usual so I picked up some german chocolate cake mix and did the microwave cake. Her microwave wasn't ver strong and I didn't cook it long enough, so when I flipped it, you guessed, a MESS!!! All over her friggan WHITE kitchen. Luckily only one person saw it and I had my microfiber towel with me.    It cleaned up in a jiffy but I was afraid someone else would see. Of course the cake was delicious and extra fudgy.
