YES!!!!! Feeling like a limb has been misplaced!

I'm just peeved that HO didn't make more of an announcement that this would be DOWN for 4 DAYS!!!! Yeah, I know they sent an email a couple of times, but it wasn't all that obvious - at least to me. IMHO something like this should have come with flashing lights and sirens! lol Not an email that makes me click into a couple of pages to see what's going on. okay - vent over...maybe ;)

This was not a scheduled maintenance. Here is the only email I got about system interruptions and it has nothing to do with Consultant Connection or Sunday-Wed!We wanted to make you aware that ONLINE AGREEMENTS WON’T BE ABLE TO BE SUBMITTED from approximately 5-10 p.m. (CT) on Saturday, March 5, due to routine and scheduled maintenance.A message will be posted in the “Join Us” section of pamperedchef.com during those hours. Customers will see the message when they click on “Sign Up Online.”Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Kate - after searching my emails and then getting a clue form Colleen, I found that they did email us and it was scheduled....The email went out on Feb 22nd and was titled: Consultant Connection and Career Plan Modifications the body of the email is:

Please feel free to share this information with your team members.
Dear Director,
As you know, the upcoming Career Plan modifications take effect on March 1. As a result, a few screens and reports in Consultant Connection will be updated.
There will be a transition period in early March as we switch over to the updated version of Consultant Connection. Please take a few minutes to review the details of how the transition will be completed. Look for the Consultant Connection Latest Enhancements on Consultant’s Corner.
This link was also provided in the Feb. 22 edition of PC NewsWire and will be repeated in the March 1 issue, so that all Consultants will be aware of the updates to Consultant Connection.
If you have additional questions, you can contact Consultant Career Solutions at 1-888-OUR-CHEF (687-2433) and select Option 3, or email us at [email protected].
Best wishes,
Jean Jonas
Sr. Vice President, Sales

From this email you then have to click on the links to see what is going on....crazy! Something like this should have been clearly communicated in ONE email, not a treasure hunt.

I heard about this in that call that Colleen posted the playback link to. Other than the brief email, that phone call provided the most information. Nothing at all from my director.

I can't wait til this time tomorrow! Then it'll be back up. :) HOpefully

i have my recognition meeting tonight and cant do recognition!

Yep. I quoted that email and the info that was on CC in a post in the other thread on this subject.

Yes you did and I guess if I had seen that thread I would have known ahead of time too. I still think that HO should have made this a little more of a priority and made SURE we knew what was going to happen. I don't read every thread on CS or DCS and I don't have time to go on a treasure hunt. If they can send me emails with details when one of my consultants has a show on hold and if Jean can find time to record a "Wahoo" robo-call then by golly they can give something like this a litle more importance. OKay - off my soap box...for a few minutes ;) lol. I'm actually not mad, just a little peeved and I feel badly that my team won't have up to date recognition at our meeting tonight.

Oh, I agree. They sure didn't make enough of a big deal about it. I guess they thought that it wasn't a big deal during this part of the month. I also guess they didn't think about team meetings. I know that the final stats aren't ever promised until the 10th but I also know that many of us do our meetings before that date, including me. Mine is usually the 1st Thursday so I never have the "final" info either but I figure if something isn't up there and that person is at the meeting she'll let me know.

Hi. I'm Sheila and I'm a Stat-a-holic with ZERO intentions of giving up my addiction. I'm currently in withdrawal and in denial. Even after being told that I can't check my stats, I keep returning multiple times a day to just CHECK AND SEE if I can get my fix. LOLI didn't realize that Annastasia had her meeting scheduled this week until she called upset that she couldn't get the stats. I recommended that she just have them stand up if they were active in Feb, then praise the ones standing. Then have them remain standing if their sales were over $400 ... $500 ... $600 ... and keep going until the last one's standing! Then do the "who recruited 1, 2, 3 ...", "who earned ____ promo", etc. I told her that's what Yolanda had done (lots of hospitality at her meetings) when I was up in Misawa in early Feb. Annastasia liked the idea & I think she was going to use it at her meeting last night. It really did work well at Yolanda's meeting! Beth, maybe you can do something like that for your group too. ;)

With so many people holding their meetings this week, you would think they would have sent out an email with this info in flashing lights. They didn't handle this one well.

Well, tomorrow is Wednesday and hopefully it will be up when they say it will be! And maybe it will be loaded with some surprises or something that we'll all be oooing and awwwing over! HO loves to surprise us, and even tho this was sort of a surprise for some, hopefully the improvements will WOW us and we'll all get our fix tomorrow! :)

Do you guys remember the time they told us it would be up and running? For some reason I remember reading 6pm, but I can't find where I saw that now.

When you click on it & try to enter, it says 2PM

You must have misunderstood. I have stats for my meeting and they have been correct every month even though they aren't the "final stats" that are promised by the 10th. It's not an issue normally. As far as this month was concerned I was prepared ahead and knew what everyone submitted. I guess I'm lucky. Our stats have been correct by the 2nd or 3rd every month.

Yes, I thought you were saying you didn't have any stats for your meeting tonight.

Jean can find time to record a "Wahoo" robo-call

This would have been a good idea and a good idea going forward to make these announcements via robo-calls...
