1. Connect the power adapter to the modem and plug it into an electrical outlet.

3. Open your web browser and enter the default IP address for the modem (usually 192.168.1.1).
4. Enter the default login credentials (username: admin, password: admin) and click "Login".
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
To change the WiFi password on your Modem Help...pampered Partner, follow these steps:
1. Open your web browser and enter the default IP address for the modem (usually 192.168.1.1).
2. Enter the default login credentials (username: admin, password: admin) and click "Login".
3. Navigate to the "Wireless" or "WiFi" settings.
4. Find the option to change the WiFi password and click "Edit" or "Change".
5. Enter your desired new password and click "Save" or "Apply".
To reset your Modem Help...pampered Partner to factory settings, follow these steps:
1. Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the modem.
2. Using a paperclip or similar tool, press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds.
3. Release the reset button and wait for the modem to restart.
4. Open your web browser and enter the default IP address for the modem (usually 192.168.1.1).
5. Enter the default login credentials (username: admin, password: admin) and click "Login".
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
To check for firmware updates on your Modem Help...pampered Partner, follow these steps:
1. Open your web browser and enter the default IP address for the modem (usually 192.168.1.1).
2. Enter the default login credentials (username: admin, password: admin) and click "Login".
3. Navigate to the "System" or "Maintenance" settings.
4. Look for an option to check for firmware updates and click "Check Now" or "Update".
5. If a firmware update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
If you are experiencing internet connection issues with your Modem Help...pampered Partner, try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure all cables are securely connected to the modem and your computer.
2. Check for any service outages in your area by contacting your internet service provider.
3. Restart your modem by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for 30 seconds, and plugging it back in.
4. Reset your modem to factory settings (see question 3 for instructions).
5. Contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
