Is it a violation? Looks like that site takes you everywhere BUT our site.
 
There are a lot of Internet squatters who set up sites like that to catch people with typos. You should be happy it's only that one, which is fairly innocent. Not all of them are so, um, family oriented.

I knew that because my husbands 4th graders don't listen to him!... and he teaches at a Catholic school.... NOT GOOD!!!! But the diocese did set up the blocking he'd been asking for!

A grandma at church was not pleased when she stumbled onto the wrong site for Dick's Sporting Goods.Won't tell you what she typed in instead but you can imagine what the results were ...
