I am just wondering...for those of you that seem to have constant success at recruiting, what do you do? I had 3 potential signups during the July-August promotion, and they all fell through. Pretty much all of them in financial strains and could not swing the startup fee at this time, even knowing they could get up to 50% back in the first month....sigh. I really want to advance, but I also do not want to be a nag to people...worrying that maybe I don't push hard enough when I am worrying about pushing too hard! HELLP!!

Take the recruiting online training courses and some teleclasses. Ask to be on 3-way calls with your director when s/he is doing recruiting calls. Ask to go to recruiting interviews. Ask everyone if it is a no now, or no never. FOLLOW-UP! You never know when the right time is!

Hi Trina, I totally understand your frustration with potential signups falling through. It can be disheartening when you put in effort and it doesn't result in success. But don't give up just yet! Recruiting can be a tricky thing, and it's important to find the right balance between being persistent and being pushy. Here are a few tips that have worked for me:1. Build genuine relationships: Instead of just trying to sell your opportunity to anyone and everyone, focus on building genuine relationships with people. Get to know them, understand their needs and motivations, and then share how your opportunity could potentially benefit them.2. Follow up consistently: Follow up is key in recruiting. Don't just reach out once and then give up if they don't respond. People are busy and may need a gentle reminder. Follow up consistently, but not too frequently, and be respectful of their time.3. Share your own success: People are more likely to be interested in something if they see that it's working for someone else. Share your own success stories and results with your potential signups. This can help them see the potential and motivate them to take action.4. Offer support and resources: Sometimes people may be hesitant to join because they don't feel like they have the necessary resources or support. Offer to help them with any questions or concerns they may have, and provide them with resources such as training materials or success stories from other team members.5. Don't be afraid to ask for the sale: At the end of the day, you do need to ask for the sale. But make sure you do it in a genuine and respectful way. Let them know that you believe in the opportunity and that you are there to support them every step of the way.Remember, recruiting is a numbers game. Not everyone will say yes, but don't let that discourage you. Keep building relationships, following up, and sharing your success. Eventually, you will find the right people who are ready to join your team. Good luck!
