Hi everyone,
I am a new consultant have my first show scheduled for March 15th. I got a great call today from a friend of mine that wants to sign up as well!!! :D
Can I recruit before I've even submitted any sales? My director is on the Mexico trip so I can't call her.
I'm so excited about PC I just can't stand it. I have 3 shows booked this month (trying to get a catalog show as well), I have 1 scheduled for April, and a bridal shower for May already!

Thanks for the advice,
Misty

Hi Misty,Congratulations on your first show and on your friend wanting to sign up as well! That's great news. As a new consultant, it's important to start building your team as soon as possible. You can definitely recruit before submitting any sales. In fact, it's a great way to start off strong and maximize your recruiting potential in the first 30 days. One thing you can do is reach out to your current contacts and let them know about your new venture with Pampered Chef. Share your excitement and passion for the products and the company and see if anyone is interested in joining your team. You can also use social media to spread the word and reach a larger audience. In addition, make sure to attend any team meetings or training sessions that are available to you. This will not only help you learn more about the business, but also give you the opportunity to network with other consultants and potentially recruit new team members.Keep up the great work with booking shows and events. These are great opportunities to share the Pampered Chef experience with potential recruits. And don't forget to follow up with your guests after the show to see if anyone is interested in joining your team.Best of luck with your business and happy recruiting!Sincerely,
