I had a show two weeks a go, I got a show booked off of it, the person that book the show has also expressed an interested in Selling Pampered Chef. Here is my Question she doesn't turn 18 until March of next year. How would you all handle it??

I would check with the company to see if she can legally sell through them
1st. Then if it is okay I would sign her, just because she is young means nothing, when I was doing my research to decide which company to sign with PL featured a 18 year old on their recruiting dvd whom was with in the top 50 consultants.

She can't sign until she is 18. I joined when I was 19, so I know the limit is less than that. The only thing other than waiting until she is 18 is having her mom or someone sign up to do it with her until she can do it by herself. Then when she is 18 she can sign up under her own name, but will lose the sales that she aquired while doing it with her parent.

I'd have her do a few shows as host between now and then and get all the freebies she can that are not part of any of the SS kits. Maybe once she can sign you could let her have any shows booked off of her that are march and later.
