chefjeanine said:I think you'll find that less is more. You want to leave them with lots of questions that you are more than willing to answer.
Your biggest goal should be to set an appointment to sit down with them (or talk on the phone if you absolutely can't meet in-person). You will draw them to the business not any information you hand them.

Thank you!!

I'm sure it works for some people - but I've actually had more recruits, and more questions about the opportunity since I started using the Super Starter Brochure in it's place! It may be because it's part of my story - so it makes it more genuine and credible to people - here is my story as I tell it as shows:[reality of life before PC]You know, you probably came here tonight with the idea of being a Pampered Chef consultant the farthest idea from your mind.....that's okay! Four years ago, I sat at a show (a show I was hosting), and it was the furthest thing from my mind too! In fact, four years ago, I had never even been to a Pampered Chef show, and then somehow found myself hosting a show, only to help out a friend!chefjeanine said:How about "it doesn't provide MUCH information at all" . . .and that's why I like this brochure. If getting an interview is the key to getting a recruit (and I think 90% of the time this is true), you don't want them to have so much information that they think they already have all the answers. When you are able to answer their questions face to face you know if they understand and are able to clear up any incorrect ideas.

A recruiting packet for Pampered Chef should include an overview of the business opportunity, details about the products, information on compensation and incentives, testimonials from successful consultants, and a clear call to action. Additionally, including a personal story or experience can help make the packet more relatable and engaging.
To make your recruiting packets visually appealing, use high-quality images of Pampered Chef products, incorporate brand colors and fonts, and utilize a clean layout. Consider using infographics to present information in an engaging way and ensure that the design is consistent throughout the packet to create a professional look.
You can distribute your recruiting packets both physically and digitally. Hand out printed packets during events, parties, or one-on-one meetings. For digital distribution, consider emailing the packets or sharing them on social media platforms. You can also create a downloadable version on your personal website or blog.
It’s important to update your recruiting packets regularly, ideally every 6 to 12 months, or whenever there are significant changes in the business, such as new products, updated compensation plans, or promotional offers. Keeping your information current ensures that potential recruits receive the most accurate and appealing information.
After distributing your recruiting packet, follow up with potential recruits within a week. You can do this through a phone call, email, or text message. Ask if they have any questions about the information provided and offer to discuss their thoughts or concerns. Personalizing your follow-up can help build a connection and encourage them to take the next step.
