OMG!!! I am so glad I came across this (yes, I know it is about 2 years old) as I was looking for some booth follow up words (for the first time, I did a drawing for a SB cookbook instead of a free cookbook, so I am looking for words to use, ie do I call everyone and give everyone a cookbook?).

I listened to the video and it is exactly what I need to hear about following up with those customers that I can never reach, month after month!!!!! I loved hearing about the 9 years!!!!
