I'm so excited that I have to share! I will be signing my first recruit soon - she came last night to our cluster meeting and is excited to start:) I've been doing PC for 3 1/2 years so I'm excited that I can finally start building a team and be that much closer to earning an incentive for the year. Yay!

WE (you, me and Ginge) are all in the same boat, with 1 recruit. I have 2 but the other is very inactive most of the time but my solid recruit did sign her first last month. Too bad I wasn't a Director to have that make a difference in my overrides ;).

Keep at it! So you can reach Team leader and beyond!

Thanks everyone! I'm super excited and so is my new recruit - the good thing is she lives in the same town and we'll be able to stay in touch easily while I'm helping her learn everything.
