I have a friend (fellow consultant) that has gone inactive. She has had a lot going on and didn't have time for PC. She said she wants to get her business restarted. Does anyone think that it's wrong to invite her to be on my team?
We were both under the same Director. She would go from being in her first line to her second.

You should talk to your director about it first. ;)

I agree about talking to your director. But also talk to your friend about what she wants to do.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean if an inactive consultant might be my new recruit?

An inactive consultant is someone who previously sold Pampered Chef products but has not been active in their business for a certain period. If you believe they might be your new recruit, it means you see potential in them to re-engage with the business and start selling again, possibly under your guidance or mentorship.

How can I approach an inactive consultant about rejoining?

When approaching an inactive consultant, it's important to be supportive and encouraging. You can start by reaching out to them with a friendly message, expressing your interest in their previous success and asking if they would be open to discussing the possibility of rejoining the team. Highlight any new opportunities or changes in the business that might interest them.

What are the benefits of recruiting an inactive consultant?

Recruiting an inactive consultant can be beneficial because they already have experience with the products and the sales process. They may require less training and can quickly get back into the swing of things. Additionally, they might have an existing customer base that can be reactivated, leading to quicker sales and commissions.

What challenges might I face when recruiting an inactive consultant?

One challenge could be their previous experience with the business, which may have been negative or discouraging. They might have reservations about rejoining due to past struggles or a lack of confidence. It's essential to address their concerns and provide reassurance about the support and resources available to help them succeed this time around.

How can I support an inactive consultant if they decide to rejoin?

To support an inactive consultant who decides to rejoin, offer them mentorship and guidance as they get back into the business. Provide resources such as training materials, product information, and tips for hosting successful parties. Regular check-ins and encouragement can also help boost their confidence and motivation as they rebuild their business.
