I need ideas for PC Consultants working as a team.I will be staring PC in July and my husband will be working with me. He is really excited to make a go of this with me. I haven't been to a PC party in years, so I am a little nervous as to how this will all work out. Does any one have suggestions that might help us? He has already got me a booking, and he is really willing to do anything. :)

There is a husband wife team that post on this site. I don't remember what their forum name is but I do remember that their names are Ryan and Lori! Try to do a search!!

First I would ask your recruiter/director if you can attend one of her shows. That will give you a chance to watch as a consultant, not a host or guest. As far as the show goes, does he want to do part of the demo? or just the paperwork and PR stuff?

My husband will help in any way he can. He will go to my shows, help clean up, and be supportive. He is used to being served so this should be quite an adventure for us. It would be great if he learned how to cook. :D Thank you for your comments, I am looking forward to starting.

Hi there! Congratulations on starting your Pampered Chef journey in July and having your husband join you as a team member. It's great to have a partner who is just as excited and motivated as you are.Working as a team can be very beneficial for your business. Here are a few ideas that may help you and your husband:1. Divide and conquer: You can divide tasks and responsibilities between the two of you. For example, one of you can focus on booking parties and the other can focus on marketing and social media. This way, you can cover more ground and be more efficient.2. Utilize each other's strengths: Each of you may have different strengths and skills that you can bring to the business. Utilize these strengths to your advantage. For example, if your husband is great at sales, let him handle the sales portion while you focus on the demonstrations.3. Practice together: Before hosting a party, practice the demonstration and any other aspects of the party together. This will help you both feel more confident and comfortable when hosting parties together.4. Set goals together: Sit down and set realistic goals for your business together. This will help keep you both on track and motivated.5. Communicate openly: Communication is key in any team. Make sure to communicate openly and effectively with each other. This will help avoid any misunderstandings and keep your business running smoothly.I hope these suggestions help. Best of luck to you and your husband on your Pampered Chef journey!
