How do u share this great opportunity? Like how do you lead in to it?? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

usually the first time my hosts will hear it are
1. At the show the booked from - how the host can use host benefits to start their own biz
or
2. During host coaching - but not on the first call (I'm too chicken), I'll say something like, ok, just to make sure you know or I don't know if you knew but.......

I need to break out more and start introducing it to more people and not just hosts & guests during my demo. Recently when I'm around people that start complaining about their job, I'll say, "Well, I have a job that........., would you like more information"

Sharon,

PC provides SOOOO much training on this. Have you read your Business Binder? Taken a Tele Class? Done the online training?

I'd start there and then come back with more specific questions.

You can always talk to your director, too. If your goal is to recruit and promote to director, then you need to talk to her about it so you can set your goal and make a plan for achieving it!

Yep - and don't forget the online training courses you can take any time of the day or night.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best ways to introduce the business opportunity to potential recruits?

Start by sharing your personal story and experiences with the business. Highlight the benefits you've gained, such as flexibility, income potential, and community support. Use social media, host informational gatherings, or have one-on-one conversations to create a comfortable environment for discussion.

How can I identify potential recruits for my business opportunity?

Look for individuals who are enthusiastic about cooking, enjoy social interactions, or are seeking flexible work options. Friends, family, and acquaintances are a good starting point. Additionally, consider reaching out to people in your network who have expressed interest in entrepreneurship or direct sales.

What materials should I use to present the business opportunity?

Utilize brochures, business cards, and digital presentations that outline the benefits of joining your team. Pampered Chef provides various resources, including videos and testimonials, that can help convey the value of the opportunity. Make sure to tailor your materials to address the specific interests of your audience.

How can I overcome objections from potential recruits?

Listen carefully to their concerns and validate their feelings. Provide clear, honest answers and share success stories from other consultants. Emphasize the support and training available to new recruits, and reassure them about the flexibility and potential for growth within the business.

What follow-up strategies should I use after presenting the opportunity?

Follow up with potential recruits within a few days to see if they have any questions or need more information. Use a friendly, non-pushy approach, and offer to meet again to discuss their thoughts. Sending a thank-you note or a small gift can also leave a positive impression and keep the conversation going.
