First off make sure you close those late Nov. shows by Nov. 31st!! You might also want to do a black friday sale. You can find a flyers on here. I would also just call call call. I had the same problem last month and that worked for me. Good luck!

You could try the $1000 mystery host show where you get 10 people to gather $100 in orders and one, or some of them get the host benefits.

As you are talking to your hosts on the phone talk up what you will be doing at your upcoming shows. Also do this at your shows. I agree with the black Friday sale and the mystery host show. I would do both of them this month to try and increase your sales.

Would I do it as a Catalog show or live

The $1000 mystery host show can be done either way. When you need to get sales fast, I would do it as a catalog show. However, that means you being on the phone a lot! Make sure to get the contact info from your ten peoples' orders so you can follow up and get bookings as well as do customer care calls.

I'm anticipating that the $1000 mystery host catalog/online show will work out really well for me, so I strongly recommend it. I have 10 committed and a few others in the wings as back up and I'd imagine the majority of those are going to try to gather more than $100. If you haven't hosted your own show yet, you may want to do that and make it a live Mystery Host Show. Focus on easy gift-giving and entertaining ideas.

Offer Express Shows like crazy! I think people are scared to do shows this time of year because of everyone's busy schedules, but this is a way to still do shows, but do them in an abbrieviated format.

Good luck!!!:D

Bring the food finished (I like to bring the Chocolate Pecan Lattice Tart completely put together and cook it at the host's house) and show the popular items and/or the starter kit. Have some limes and potatoes available to use the products with.
