Help!! in Need of a Master Copy Show Infromation?

Hi, one of my downline girls has lost her internet and needs to mail in her shows. I need a way to get a Master copy order form. Does anyone have one or even know how to get one of thesed forms? Your help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

The old master order form is no longer. The "mail in" form is the itemized order form/sales receipt. Just indicate multiples for the products.

If your downline is still using PP (NOT P3), she can enter the show as usual and print the Master Order Form once everything is balanced.

She also need to send a second form (I forget what it's called) when mailing a show in. I would call home office and get the exact information.

I do have that form but it was from last season. If they say she can use it I would be glad to mail it to you/her.

You're right, Beth. I just saw the description on the supply order form. It's the "Show Order Form" #FN08 (that's the fall number).

I just got off the phone with HO and they said to use a Host order/proof of purchase show information? Not sure what that is so I asked her to fax it to me.
