I would have her wait & sign at the end of the month that way she can get the most out of her PC $.

As long as she is signed up by the end of the month, and qualifies in her 30 days in June.

Hi there, congratulations on signing your first recruit! As for your question, yes, your recruit can still sign up this month and qualify for the $100 in free stuff. The qualification period for the free stuff is based on the date they sign up, not on when their first show is. So go ahead and give your recruit the good news, and happy selling! Let me know if you have any other questions. Best of luck!

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I say to my first recruit when I approach them about joining Pampered Chef?

When approaching your first recruit, it's important to be genuine and enthusiastic. Start by sharing your personal experience with Pampered Chef, highlighting the benefits you've gained, such as flexibility, income potential, and community. You can say something like, "I've really enjoyed my journey with Pampered Chef, and I think you would be a great fit for our team. Would you be interested in learning more about the opportunity?"

How do I handle objections from my first recruit?

It's common for potential recruits to have reservations. Listen carefully to their concerns and validate their feelings. Provide clear, honest answers to their questions. For example, if they are worried about time commitment, you could explain how the business can fit around their schedule and that many consultants start part-time. Reassure them that support and training are available to help them succeed.

What if my first recruit is hesitant to commit?

If your first recruit is hesitant, give them space to think it over. Encourage them to ask questions and express their concerns. You might suggest they attend a Pampered Chef party or a team meeting to see the community and support in action. Remind them that there's no pressure to join immediately and that you're there to help them make an informed decision.

How can I support my first recruit after they sign up?

Once your recruit signs up, provide them with ongoing support and encouragement. Schedule regular check-ins to discuss their goals and challenges. Share resources, such as training materials, and invite them to team meetings and events. Celebrate their successes, no matter how small, to keep them motivated and engaged in their new business.

What are the best practices for onboarding my first recruit?

Effective onboarding is crucial for your recruit's success. Start by introducing them to the Pampered Chef community and resources. Provide a clear overview of the business model, products, and sales techniques. Set up a training schedule that includes product knowledge, marketing strategies, and hosting parties. Encourage them to set achievable short-term goals to build their confidence and momentum.
