Does anyone have the issue of PWS having an incorrect tax rate? Unfortunately, it goes by the zip only. I live in a rural area where many of my shows are out of city limits and should not be paying the city tax even though the zip code may be the same. Does anyone else have this issue? Any ideas on how to correct it?

You can manually correct it if you want.

Ann,

How do you do that on your PWS? I know I can in P3.

You may have to just note that you will correct it upon submission of the show. I don't think they are set up to handle different rates in the same zip code. It isn't really common and with the same city, state, zip they can't distinguish where the address is in MOST systems.

Hi there! I have also encountered this issue with PWS and incorrect tax rates. It can definitely be frustrating, especially when it results in overcharging your clients. One solution that I have found is to manually adjust the tax rate for each order that is affected by this issue. It does take a bit more time and effort, but it ensures that your clients are not being charged incorrectly. Another option is to reach out to PWS customer service and see if they have any suggestions or solutions for this issue. They may be able to provide a fix or update to the system. I hope this helps and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. Best of luck!
