I got a lovely new bag today so that I could always have a couple of catalogs with me. What else should I have in my bag that would be useful?

a pad of door prize slips, for people to fill it out when you give them a catalog

I don't carry catalogs but I carry a bunch of business cards and one or two minis, and my door prize pad. I find that I can give a mini to keep them interested, then get their info to send the full catalog. I like giving a business card with anything I give out because it makes me feel a little more legitimate. Plus I am surprised how many people don't have the common sense to look on the back of the catalog for my name and info!

I carry the above, plus a recruiting packet in an envelope with the SS brochure & your life brochure, plus a sheet on questions you may have about PC that I got on here. I also carry a few of those Wedding Registry brochures because I have a pin on my bag that says "Ask me about our online wedding registry". I have it all in the catalog tote.

What, no stoneware pamperedgirl3? Just kidding!

What a smart alec!Gillian you take the cake on that one! However, something I heard about and have actually seen, is a mini-whisk key chain! Simply get one of the loop key rings that split so you can put the key on it, attach it to the wires on the whisk and put it on your key ring or the strap of your tote. I have also heard about using the Easy Opener and the type of key chain that is the little balls and flexible that has the dohicky closer on it. Oh don't ask! I have no clue what they call those thingies! But you loop it through the opening and put it on your key ring. Of course, you could always use the small executive saute pan with that same flexible key chain! That would really get you some attention! (See! I can be a smarty pants too!)

Can you imagine driving down the road with the mini whisk banging against your knee the whole time? You would have a bruise by the time you got home! I personally have the large woven selections as my keychain! It really helps me find my keys when they get lost in my purse!! LOL!

OMG I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.... Personaly I have the large round stone attached to my bag it makes a nice conversational piece!!! LOL
