We are doing a Grand Open PC party for my new recruit on Sat.. We have posted an event on Fb. I would like to give her good advice so need to ask..

Should she be sending an email to each person who can't make it or the ones who maybe can make it? With regards to placing an order or hosting a party?

Her direct link to her party on the website has been posted on her Fb event but know that some just don't see it or disregard it.

Tell her to get on the phone! She needs to personally share her excitement about her new business with everyone. She needs to offer to get them a catalog so they can place an order, she needs to ask them to help her get off to a strong start by hosting a show and letting her practice on the friend and the friend's friends and family, and she needs to invite them to consider joining her in her new venture by starting their own business.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the advantages of using email to reach out for party orders?

Email allows for a more personalized approach, enabling you to include detailed information about the products, party details, and any special offers. It also provides a written record of your communication, which can be helpful for follow-ups and reminders.

Are there any drawbacks to using email for party orders?

One drawback of email is that it can easily get lost in a crowded inbox, leading to lower response rates. Additionally, some people may not check their email regularly, which could delay their decision-making process.

What are the benefits of sending a physical invite for party orders?

Physical invites can feel more personal and can stand out more than digital communication. They can also create a sense of excitement and anticipation for the event, making recipients more likely to attend and place orders.

Is there a specific audience that prefers one method over the other?

Yes, younger audiences may prefer email or digital invites due to their convenience, while older generations might appreciate the personal touch of a physical invite. It's essential to know your audience and tailor your approach accordingly.

Can I combine both methods for a more effective outreach?

Absolutely! Combining both email and physical invites can maximize your reach. You can send out physical invites to create excitement and follow up with an email reminder that includes additional details or a link to place orders online.
