I would call HO on your shipment. I sent in an order on the 2nd and we got the order on 7th. Maybe your show is on hold.
 
I would also call HO I had an order sent in on the 31 of Oct and it kept saying picking and I called HO and nothing was wrong with it so they told me they would ship it next day air so it would arrive before me or the hostess left for thanksgiving break and it didnt come so I had to call again and they ended up overnighting it to the hostess. it was a mess.

I had a shipment just never get picked up by UPS before. I guess a container was missed by UPS and was still sitting in the HO warehouse.

I called and they packed up a new order and shipped it overnight to the hostess.

So call and find out what is happening!
 
Was just using my gmail email account and came across and ad for Pampered Chef products at 80% off.
