1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
add
2 onions chopped
4-6 cloves crushed garlic (or more according to taste)
1 tbsp sugar
add 2 cans tomato paste & 2 cans of water
I use 2 large cans of diced tomatoes

I also add mushrooms depending on who I'm feeding.
Consider trying a roasted red pepper sauce, a creamy avocado sauce, or a spicy arrabbiata sauce. Each of these options adds a distinct flavor profile to your spaghetti and can elevate your meal beyond the traditional marinara.
Add sautéed zucchini, spinach, or bell peppers to your spaghetti for added nutrition and flavor. You can also spiralize vegetables like zucchini or carrots as a low-carb alternative to traditional pasta.
Grilled chicken, shrimp, or meatballs are classic choices. For a vegetarian option, consider adding chickpeas or lentils for a hearty and protein-rich addition to your spaghetti dish.
Make it a build-your-own spaghetti night by providing a variety of sauces, toppings, and sides. Encourage everyone to customize their plate, which can make the meal more interactive and enjoyable for all ages.
Garlic bread, a simple green salad, or roasted vegetables are excellent side dishes that complement spaghetti well. They are easy to prepare and can enhance the overall dining experience.
