I saw my commission statement on CC, and HO sent me an email on Monday saying that $228 was sent to my direct deposit account but the deposit is still not showing in my bank. Usually it's in the day they come out...but I know things were a little delayed this time. Has it ever taken this long to get to your bank? It's been 3 days now! Should I email them again?

CALL... do not e-mail them this week. They are swamped. My commission was in there Monday morning. Actually, I'd start with your bank first and then call HO.

I would call my bank - and then call HO if it's not posted. Mine was actually at the bank Monday morning.

Called the bank, they couldn't see it. So I called HO and after waiting for an hour, they said that a check had been MAILED to me! Weird! She didn't know why though, but said to watch for next time and if they mail it again, to call finance.

One of my gals also couldnt find her commission. Turns out it was deposited into her savings instead of her checking account.
