Ok, so my director gives little perks of PC $$ for extra things. Can you use these for or at conference and if so what for? I would rather save them up for that instead of saving $ on paperwork.

You can use PC$ for any non-commission order (personal order, paperwork, samples) or for Conference/Leadership registration.

so you can use it to register, but not for like the hotel or extra stuff while you are there right?

That's right.

I really want to go next year, but I have to be out of pocket as little as possible. I know it is a tax write off, but still.

There are some things you can do to help:
FILL your room (4 people)
Get a room at a different hotel (sometimes you can PriceLine a nearby hotel or even a conference hotel for less)
Watch where you eat out, including snacks
Travel into Chicago as late as possible (the morning of Day 1 if you can - that eliminates a night in the hotel)
Travel out of Chicago as early as you can (the afternoon of Day 3 - eliminate a night at that end of the trip)

You can also "over-allocate" Conference Club (that'll open next month for next year). Then after you register online, any extra funds will be refunded to you in your next commission check. You'll have some extra cash that way without having to make the effort to save it (although it will be set aside from your commission check each month).

Ann is correct...I pulled $35 from each of my monthly commission checks. I got something like $147 back. I put that toward the hotel room and conference was paid for in a very painless manner.

You can't beat it. Not to mention that if it is not in your check book or savings account, you won't spend it!

The conference club is the way to go!

I had $250 in my conference club, which took care of registration and my HO tour and got $$ back.

Plus, I had earned $300 in conference cash from last years incentive---and that came in the form of a pre-paid VISA card so that took care of a LOT of other expenses!!
