Affordable Bridal Insert Advertising: Reach Over 33,000 Readers!

So, I have the opportunity to advertise in a bridal insert that comes out in 3 local papers this month. The advertisement would be a business card advertisement and has my business card with the words "The Perfect Gift for Any Bride!" printed on the top. Over 33,000 copies will be printed. But it is going to cost me $70. I'm debating. What do you guys think?

Sounds like a good deal to me if you break it down over the three. Bridal showers and wedding registries are a great way to make extra money. Wedding registries do not even take any work. One good order and you have paid for the expense. I would go for it!

Oh, and it's 33,000 copies in EACH paper. I emailed the lady back and asked if I would be the only Pampered Chef Consultant being advertised. If not, I don't think it would be worth my money.

I agree..if you are not going to be the only PC consultant then I would not do it..but if you will be..then I say go for it.

I am a past adv. agent for a local newspaper. Are these papers a paid subscript or just arrive in their mailbox (like a "shopper")? Something to consider. The paid subscripts people read, the ones in the mailbox just go into the trash. Make sure you know what you are getting!Just one active bridal shower will pay for the ad. Good luck! I would also note on your card that you do kitchen shows, fundraisers, etc. Some of the people looking at these inserts are not brides!Good luck
