for you to get to the next level? how many people do you need under you?

2 signed recruits for future director, 5 personally signed qualified active recruits for director.

As far as how long it takes is up to you. PC says you can earn as much as you want so it is all in what you do and how you do it to get to the next level. Some people promote right away, and others, like me, take years. It all depends on what you want, some people don't feel ready for the responsibility of a downline and others are ready right away. You sound very ready!! Best of luck!!
