Here is what I ordered for us. I am giving the hostess basket to my son's first grade teacher for teacher appreciation. The total with shipping is 35.481 Perfect Picnic Basket 11.69
1 Turkey Hickory Sampler Gift Box 3.19
1 The Perfect Hostess Basket 8.50 Then I shipped another hostess basket to my grandmother in Fl. It came to 17.47 w/shipping. Not bad and she will be surprised.

that is sooo cool that apo/fpo shipping is free!

will either the sausage or the cheese be ok in the freezer?

I just sent a sausage and cheese package to my brother in Iraq for $7.44. Postage alone is more than that! Awesome deal--thanks!

You can use CLIPPER as the Coupon Code. Vanessa found that while she is ordering for her husband.

I put the code above in as the source code and the 15% came off.

I just ordered the Cookie Bliss Tin and the Assortment of Dried Fruit to be sent to a friend serving in Iraq. The total only came to $9.25, so I almost feel bad I didn't spend more! I am making an effort to send something every couple of weeks though, so it's not the only thing he'll get from us while he's over there.

The soldiers are going to love their goodie boxes. I wonder how long it will take to get to where they are going.

Vanessa
Your husband is going to be so surprised to get those things and he will be the envy of all his men. But I am sure if he is anything like you, he will share.

So nice of you to say Karynne, but my husband does not like to share his goodies. In fact, he just scored a tv, tv stand, microwave, fridge and dvd player (for $150) for his 2 person trailer. I said "Gosh your roommate is going to love you".

And because he has the fridge is why I think he won't be sharing since it will keep well in there for a few weeks. LOL

Yes, he will love them anyway, I do hope he shares....

Wow, thanks for sharing this. I bought one of the hams, 2 packs of the dried fruits and one pack of the 3 cheeses. You can't beat the prices. I used the 15% off code and went through ebates for the 4%rebate. I never heard of that site, but seems quite worthwhile. Thanks!

Hey, just went to the website and they are still taking the extra 15% off code. So if you didn't get enough there is still time

  • #32
I am trying to boost sales so I bought 10of the turkey sausage ones (3.75 each). I am planning to offer them to the first 10 people who book and close a show thru me. Maybe this will help get me off to a good start this year. I am also going to send something to hubby who is going underway for 6 months, in a few weeks.

  • #33
I got my package today. I am hoping after i taste it all there will still be time to order. I got a link emailed to me for 10% off my next order too.

  • #34
wow I wonder if that is in addition to the 15% code and the 75% off. That is awesome!

  • #35
I do not know anyone in the military...but would love to give... anyone want to PM me your loved one's address? I will send something. How can I not.

Thanks :)

  • #36
Melissa, I just PM'd you.

  • #37
Got it! Thanks, I am ordering right now :)

  • #38
Deb, I sent him a cheese and sausage board- comes with the cheese slicer... and the cookie bliss bin. I signed it from a fellow "Cheffer" of your Sis'. haha. Will he know what that means?

I swear I have been having problems online lately. Recently with Pay Pal, and now I think I may have placed this order twice. It never took me to a confirmation page- but then I did get an email. I am waiting to see if I got two emails. Then I will call. I am not computer/internet illiterate, I swear. ;)

AWww, Melissa, you are SO sweet!!!! I'm sure he will love it!

The package I sent to my friend in Iraq just arrived and he messaged me to say thanks (I sent the cookie tin and the dried fruit collection). He said he is planning to hoard it and not share with anyone, so I take it that's a good thing. :)

In case you don;t know, Hickory Farms (or any company, or person) for that matter, send it via Priority Mail to the APO/FPO, then the APO/FPO get it to its destination.

My husband said he's been getting packages from us in a week's time, which is great........but our APO is in the next state over so that helps too!
