I have a "scrubbie doodle" (nylon covered kitchen sponge) that I use for all my stoneware. I like dobie brand.

Last night I spritzed 2 6" tortillas with olive oil spray, poked them with a fork and patted them down into the egg wells. Microwave on high - my micro is 3 minutes. Out come perfect single serving tortilla bowls ..... think butter/cinnamon and you have a perfect dessert shell :)

I have made this many times now and we like it best using chicken broth, white wine and lemon zest with just a small squeeze of the lemon juice. It shows lots of products and always comes out great! I use either ronzoni or dreamfields low carb high fiber spaghetti and it cooks up really nice!

Thanks for such a great idea. I put an inch of boiling hot water in a rectangle dish and gave the noodles a 1 min dip in it. Drain on parchment and they are very easy to cut with a chef's knife.
