I have done the Chicken Bistro Twist at 2 of my shows and have gotten a lot of rave reviews on them. The one thing that I can suggest is to do a lot of the prep work ahead of time! If you do that then you will cut down on your show time!

The lime-berry mouse trifle is REALLY easy to do! I did it at a last min. bridal show the other day and I had never done it before. I just watched the video on it to see if they had any shortcuts! Plus it is VERY good!
