    I liked your first answer....This is one of those people, I want to tell her that our stoneware is probably safer than the stuff in her cabinets that is made in China. I will probably contact HO tomorrow - I just hate not being able to give an honest answer.

    :rolleyes: I have a customer that has to know exactly where the clay for our stoneware is coming from. I told her that it is made in the USA and is lead free - but she wants to know, where is the clay coming from? Anybody know? Anybody had this type of inquiring minds in a customer?

    The one that I have is great too - I've had it for almost 2 years now. So I guess I'm not crazy - it IS the luck of the draw with this product. Makes it kind of hard to sell a "might be good" item.

    I recently had a show and sold 4 Chillzane Rectangular Servers. Two of these came back to me for product adjustment. The gel was leaking out of the cooling insert and leaving a brown goo all over the bottom part of the server. I could see where the plug on the end of the insert was not sealed...
