Marie, you aren't dreaming ... Canada did used to have it on their website for download. I don't know why they've removed it. Do you still have your printable materials CD-rom? If so, you can pop that into your computer and print off a couple of weeks/months worth from that.

That's pathetic!!! She KNEW the roads were slick -- why didn't she start breaking sooner??? And the fact that she suggested just letting it slide if there was no damage raises some major red flags ... the common situation like that means that either 1) she has been in several fender benders...
