I think the finger guard is a great idea. I have low vision and this will be a great tool for me in my own kitchen and at cooking shows.

I use word and outlook. I make my newsletter and then do a mail merge and send it everyone in my contact list.

Well $30 and 6 people is a minimum (1 person being host & 5 guest) =$150 qualifies as a show. The goal would be more members. The "host" for the evening could invite guests. So more people=more sales! :)
