I have a customer that had the handle break on her old Deluxe Cheese grater. I originally thought it was the piece that you turn, but it's actually the main part of the handle that holds down the cheese. I contacted Home Office, but since it's retired they only have the pieces available...

I have two of them, but they're not in the package. If you'd like them let me know. :)

Does anyone know if you can or need to oil the bamboo platters/bowls at any time after any uses? I have a customer that's used to using oil to treat her wooden salad bowls and wanted to know if it's something that needs to or can be done with the bamboo ones too. Any help would be great...

The new California Club Pizza is also a great recipe to try with your starter kit. I found that everything I needed to prepare it I received in my kit when I started in December. It's quick and fun too! Hope this helps some.
