Has anyone posted the June hostess letters. I am new to the site an LOVE these letters & outside order forms. I am trying to make up some packets for a booth this weekend and want to inc the letter for June

is there a june host letter that goes with the outside order form. I found ones for April & May but cannot find June

I was thinking about using this form to collect orders at a booth this weekend. Any suggestions on how to inc S&H? Can I collect multiple orders and submit it as one order to home and split the shipping amonst all the individual orders?
