Sample Package Prices & Costs for Inactive CC Members

Can anyone post the sample packages and their cost for me? I am currently considered "inactive" since I haven't turned my shows in for this month yet and so I can't view the sample packages on CC. I was wondering how much I need to stash away to purchase the sample products. Thanks!
