Cookies for the I.c. Sandwich Maker?

Does anyone know of a brand of store-bought cookies that are large enough to fill the ice cream sandwich maker or do I have to make them from scratch?

Have you tried selling in multiples?

I thought of another: the adjustable scoop! I recommend that they buy a couple and leave them in their cannisters (flour, sugar, rice, etc.) so they don't have to wash as often.

Have you tried selling in multiples?

I also push multiples of the flour/sugar shaker. Another one I do is the Spritzer. I have one for olive oil, but olive oil breaks down at higher temperatures and has a lower smoking point. If you cook at high heat, you also need one for canola or peanut oil!

How Do You Describe a Cooking Show?

When people ask, "What do you do?" I say, "Oh, I love my job! I do cooking shows in people's kitchens for them and their friends! I teach people how the right tools can get them in and out of the kitchen in a hurry with delicious results! I'm a Pampered Chef consultant!"

Beauty Salon IdeaI've really been hurting for bookings and I heard this on a "Move It, You Won't Lose it" CD (an older version). It can be so hard to get bookings outside of a show. She suggested that you take a bag of your stuff (mini-catalogs, flyers, whatever you want) to a local hair...

Old Catalogs? "Contact Me for a Fresh One!

I'm looking for that cute little poem that you can stick on the front of old catalogs to let people know that it's old, but they can contact me for a new one. I know I have seen this poem around here - but I simply cannot find it! Anyone know where I can look?

Luck at a Booth: Ideas and Experiences to Share

If you are looking for recruits (who isn't?) you can just set up your Starter Kit and let people know that everything you see her (plus paperwork and supplies = $350 worth of stuff) is what you get for a very minimal investment. I really liked the idea of making a skirt out of clearance...

    Let's Share Cookware Demo Recipes

What a mess! I tried the caramel pecan pull apart bread TWICE the other night and it kept bubbling over in my oven (I had a pan underneath to catch it, but still...) and there was caramel all down the sides of my saute pan. The second time I halved the butter and left out two of the...

Is Joining a Babies R Us Vendor Event Worthwhile for Your Business?

Calling is easier than it sounds I waited on the line until I got to speak to a real person and then I asked to speak to someone in their marketing department. When he came on the line I just said, "Hi, my name is Ranae Jones, and I'm a consultant with the Pampered Chef...." He interrupted...

9 of us are sharing a DB in South Austin. We've only been at it about a month, but things are going well. I have been mailing an intro letter to all leads (I have about 20 or so for a 2 week period), and then I follow up within 2-4 days with a phone call. I'll post that letter for anyone who...
