you can find out points for anything if you add all the calories, fat and fiber together for each recipe, then divide by number of servings. then punch that into a ww points calculator (google)

2 cups boiling water

2 cups cold water

1 16oz can fruit

Hi Sandra,

I'm happy to help you calculate the Weight Watchers Points for these delicious recipes! For the Greek Chicken Salad, assuming the chicken breasts are about 4 oz each, the total Points for the entire recipe would be approximately 18 Points. For the dressing, the Points would depend on how much of each ingredient you use, but it looks like it would be about 2 Points per serving.

As for the Angel Food Trifle, it would depend on the specific ingredients and brands you use, but a rough estimate would be about 4 Points per serving. I hope this helps and enjoy your LITE and FIT shows!

Best,

Pampered Chef Consultant

1. How do I calculate the number of Weight Watchers points I need?

To calculate the number of Weight Watchers points you need, you will first need to determine your daily points allowance. This is based on your age, weight, height, and gender. You can use the Weight Watchers online calculator or attend a meeting to get this number. Once you have your daily points allowance, you can track your food intake and activity to stay within your allotted points for the day.

2. Can I eat any type of food on Weight Watchers?

Weight Watchers assigns point values to foods based on their nutritional value, so you can technically eat any type of food as long as it fits into your daily points allowance. However, it is important to focus on consuming healthy, whole foods in moderation to maintain a balanced and nutritious diet.

3. How many points are in fruits and vegetables?

Fruits and vegetables are considered "zero points" on the Weight Watchers program, which means they do not count towards your daily points allowance. This is to encourage individuals to include more fruits and vegetables in their diet for optimal health and weight loss.

4. What happens if I go over my daily points allowance?

If you go over your daily points allowance, you will dip into your weekly points allowance. This is a set number of points that you can use throughout the week in addition to your daily points. If you use up all of your weekly points, you can choose to either earn more points through physical activity or use your "rollover points" from the previous week.

5. Can I save up points for a special occasion or event?

Weight Watchers allows you to save up points for special occasions or events, but it is important to not make it a regular habit. Saving up points can lead to overindulging and not developing sustainable healthy eating habits. It is recommended to use your weekly points or rollover points instead of saving up points for a special occasion.
