The best way to check the status of your order is to log in to your Pampered Chef account and view your order history. You can also contact our customer service team for updates.
If your order has not yet been processed, you can make changes by contacting our customer service team. Once your order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
