The Customer Care instructions for the Samll Saute Pan says the handle is safe up to 350 degrees. That is the same for our Professional Cookware too.
Executive was increased to 400 degrees. I have used all three for the recipes we do in the saute pan in our ovens. Just be sure you use a got
potholder when removing them from the oven, and be careful about the potholder slipping and burning the palm of your hand on the new Executive
hanging metal portion!
