Do qualified recruits get an email or something when they earn this by qualifying (is it in the first 30 days?) I have 3 gals that should be eligible for it and want to help them take advantage of it.
 
They will get an email when they qualify for it. A caution here though: you have 30 days from the time of the email to sign up. If you wait, they will charge you! I found this out the hard way. The qualification info. is in the August publication from HO if you want to look at it. :)
 
They'll get an email and it'll tell them about how to sign up for the free 90 day PWS trial. It's very straightforward.
