Director Effective Follow-Up Strategies for Vendor Fair Contacts

In summary, there are several ways to improve memory and cognitive function, including getting enough sleep, exercising, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in brain-stimulating activities. Some natural supplements that may help with brain fog include ginkgo biloba, omega-3 fatty acids, and B vitamins. Chronic stress and anxiety can negatively impact brain function, and it is common for women to experience brain fog during menopause. To prevent or reduce brain fog, it is important to prioritize self-care, manage stress, and address any underlying medical conditions. Consulting with a healthcare professional can also provide personalized advice and treatment options.

Trying to help a consultant do some follow up from a vendor fair. It was her first one and the people putting on the event had everyone at the door fill out a name and a phone number then gave the list to all of the vendors. So there are 200 names and phone numbers with no direction on if they are even interested in PC.

Does anyone have a suggestion or an idea of a phone script I could give her to do follow up calls with? My brain just is not functioning well!

Thank you for any help you can offer!

"Hi this is ________________ with The Pampered Chef. I was a vendor at the __________ last weekend and I would love to share with you the special I am offering to the guests who visited the _____________ fair. Do you have a moment?"

If they are not home, same script, but "_________________ I was looking forward to sharing these specials with you personally, so I'll try back later. Hope you had a great time at the ___________, I can't wait to share the special with you."

Offer a set of Hide the Turkey recipes or something else inexpensive she can come up with on her own. Hit the guest special, etc.
