I have a customer who is ordering the mandoline and wants to know if it slices cheese well. I'm sure it slices it, but is it easy/smooth to do? Anyone know? She's definately getting it, but isn't sure if she should get the cheese knife too??

I'd order some mini's and a bunch of recipe cards. I hand out recipe cards to EVERYONE. If they fill out a door prize drawing slip, I offer them the mini catalog & when the book a show, they get a host packet, right there!! I have a vendor event on May 1st~I'm so excited to be able to take...
