I have a customer who has the trifle bowl (purchased it this past April) and wants to exchange it for the DCB.
It hasn't been over a year, so can she exchange it? I know she has to pay the difference and shipping etc..
Can it also be done if she has used it? Not sure if she has or not, haven't asked her that yet, she just emailed me this morning.

I believe they only have 30 days to exchange products.

There's a 1-year satisfaction guarantee on most products in the catalog. She can probably exchange it. It'll be easier for you if you give her the customer service number and have her deal with the exchange herself.

Yes, she can exchange it, but it's not going to be very cost effective to mail back that Trifle Bowl. It's heavy!
