I don't know who I got this from, but if you've made one for this month could you post it. I updated this one for December myself, but for some reason I can't seem to get it updated for Jan. I really need to get my host packets out and would love to include this letter!

Thanks

Yes I did forget them. Sorry!! :o  Now, I know why I didn't get a better response.

I've attached the January & December letters. I don't like them as well as I did the Nov and Dec letters, but that's ok. I just copied and pasted the special flyers on them.

Here's the ones I have for january and february. I also have ones for december, but I think it is a little late for them. I cannot take complete credit as I used another one from this site and changed the info for each month. Hope this helps

Don't forget to include the date and time options for the party, as well as a call to action encouraging them to reach out to you with any questions.

How can I make my host letter more appealing?

To make your host letter more appealing, consider using colorful graphics or images related to Pampered Chef products. Personalize the letter by mentioning specific products you think the host would love, and share testimonials or success stories from previous parties. Adding a fun theme or a recipe idea can also engage the reader and spark their interest in hosting.

What are some incentives I can offer to potential hosts in January?

In January, you can offer incentives such as exclusive discounts on products, free gifts for hosting, or additional rewards for booking a party. Highlight any special promotions from Pampered Chef that are available for hosts during this month, such as bonus host credits or free products based on sales levels.

How do I follow up after sending my host letter?

After sending your host letter, follow up with a friendly phone call or text message about a week later. Ask if they received the letter and if they have any questions. This personal touch shows your enthusiasm and commitment, and it gives them an opportunity to discuss hosting without feeling pressured.
